The company transports all kinds of materials, goods, and petroleum products within Iraq and abroad, and carries out all that these operations require, such as loading, unloading, storage, and acceptance of undertakings. Taking into account the provisions of the Law of Transport and the Central Bank of Iraq law in force and the instructions issued thereunder.

Official classification of the company

1. The company gained the certificate of incorporation from the Ministry of Trade No. RC 02- 74216 on 22/11/2009.

2. I obtained the Certificate of Practicing the Profession issued by the Federation of Iraqi Carriers in addition to the identity of the membership of the Federation of Iraqi Carriers - General Center.

3. The company obtained (First Class) in the specialty of general transport according to the identity of the Federation of Iraqi Carriers numbered ( 1735 ) on 6/12/2009.

4. Membership in Basra Chamber of Commerce by specialization (General Transportation) numbered (20774) on 25/4/2010.

Management of the Company

The administrative structure of Fayd Al-Ameen Company for General Transportation consists of technicians specialists, executives, and managers. and engineers who are experts in the public transport field, loading and unloading, and customs clearance Our specialists work in a team spirit where they successfully accomplish all the given tasks All the team members in the company have been evaluated and trained in the Human Resources Department where the company makes sure to improve the workers' qualifications through professional development and workshops to provide the best for its customers

The company owns equipment, machinery, and devices that enter the work such as :

A. Reservoirs to transport products (40) Nos.

T. Freight Trucks (40) Nos.

In order to achieve its objectives, the Company has the right to:

• Own and lease mobile and immobile property and carry out all legal acts thereon for the purpose of carrying out its activities.

• Conclude contracts and transactions and the mortgage and sale of mobile and immobile properties which it deems appropriate and necessary to reach its purposes subject to the provisions of the law.

• Engage in all undertakings and contracting related to general transport with the public, mixed, and private sector departments, alone or with the participation of others, and carry out all actions that it deems appropriate to serve and achieve its

• Incorporate with other companies, other than partnerships.

• Import and purchase of machinery, equipment, and various materials that the company deems appropriate to carry out its activity.

• Deal with banks and financial institutions, practice all financial and banking activities related to its work, and open credit and current bank accounts. Deposit and withdraw, establish and con rm al l commercial papers, accept documentary and non-documentary transfers as well as cheques, bills of lading, and warehouse documents, request banking facilitations, and perform all transactions that serve its purposes and activity.

The company has done several different works including custom clearance and transportation for all Iraqi provinces through the clearance and transport of goods for trade and local companies in cooperation with local and foreign carriers.
